At Hobium Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the yarn is in its original skein form with labels intact, then securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
